We offer three Cleanorize™ services: REFRESH, RENEW, and REDO to get rid of the mess and clutter in your living and work space. Rest assured that we use our signature COI Care Checklist to ensure you get the same high-quality experience and results every time.

Refresh

Our standard REFRESH service covers all your basic cleaning and organizing needs including:

  • wiping
  • dusting
  • vacuuming
  • sweeping
  • mopping
  • making beds
  • tidying up and organizing table, desk and counter tops

If you need extra cleaning and organizing, you're welcome to add on additional services at any time.

We highly recommend scheduling regular refreshes to ensure your spaces stay consistently tidy and clean.

Renew

RENEW, our deep cleaning service, goes beyond the surface to reach those hard-to-access areas while also providing that much-needed TLC including:

  • Everything under our REFRESH service
  • Cleaning and disinfecting major appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher)
  • Dusting and wiping blinds
  • Washing inside windows

If you need extra organizing, you're welcome to add on additional services at any time.

For optimal care, we recommend scheduling RENEW service at least twice a year and pairing it with our Refresh service for regular upkeep.

Redo

REDO is our specialized move-in/move-out cleaning service designed to ease the stress of moving by taking care of the cleaning for you. Our REDO service includes:

  • Everything under our Refresh and Renew services
  • Removing all marks from the baseboards
  • Wiping fixtures
  • Removing pet odors

Moving can be a hassle, but with our REDO service, you can focus on settling into your new home with peace of mind that the cleaning and organizing is taken care of.
