Is a long-term contract required for service?

Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your lifestyle. You are always welcome to schedule recurring services and we'll notify you about your appointment before each visit. 

Are you insured?

Yes. COI is fully bonded and insured to protect your home and to give you peace of mind. 

What cities and areas do you service?

COI provides services in the South Bay area of Los Angeles (El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills). But, we're expanding quickly. Email us to be notified about new areas we serve.

Do you conduct background checks on your professionals?

We conduct background checks on our professionals to ensure the safety and trust of our customers. We are also bonded and insured. 

What is included in your cleaning and organizing services?

Depending on the cleanorize service you request, our services may include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, organization of table and counter tops, and much more. Please view our services for additional details. 

Do you use eco-friendly / green cleaning products?

We offer an eco-friendly / green option. We are committed to using solutions that are important to you. 

Do you use your own cleaning and organizing supplies?

We furnish everything needed to clean your home. If your service requires any additional supplies to effectively clean and organize your space, we will receive your approval to purchase in advance. 

What should I expect on my first appointment?

On the day of your appointment, we will notify you (via text and/or email) when we're on our way. Depending on the service and size of your home, you should expect a visit from one or more of our experienced professionals (wearing our signature COI gear) equipped with the supplies needed to clean and organize your space. If you have any preferences, feel free to share them with our team and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Once we're done, you're welcome to do a walk through with our team to ensure our service has met your expectations. If there are any concerns, we'll do our best to address them.  

Will I have the same team each visit?

We love when our clients and COI professionals click! If you have a COI team that you prefer, we will do our best to accommodate. If you schedule recurring service, it'll be much easier to ensure that you get the same team each time.

What will it cost to have my home cleaned and organized?

Our flat rates are determined by the services you request and the size of your home. Get a quick estimate online!

Do I need to be home the day of service?

Not at all. Just let us know what our COI team should do when they arrive.

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

We understand life happens and you may need to skip or reschedule your appointment. If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, we require notification a minimum of 24 hours prior to the booked date and time during our business hours Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee.

How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of service?

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. Just let our team know what they need to do when we arrive.

Are there any services you do not provide?

We do not provide the following services: 

  • Scrubbing floors on hands and knees.
  • Hardwood floor refinishing.
  • Carpet cleaning.
  • Moving furniture.
  • Moving boxes or anything similarly sized.
  • Cleaning the underside of the cooktop on the stove.
  • Cleaning anything on the outside of the home (windows, porches, etc).
  • Cleaning electronic equipment (televisions, computers, tablets, etc).
  • Cleaning musical equipment (guitars, drums, horns, etc).
  • Change the linens on bunk beds or make-up bunk beds.
  • Cleaning anything above 15 feet.
  • Cleaning of animal or human waste (blood, urine, feces, litter, etc).
What if I am not satisfied with my service?

We take pride in our work and want you to be amazed by our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service just simply let us know within 24 hours, and we'll return and do our best to make it right.

How and when do I pay for my services?

We require a credit card to reserve your appointment. When your service is completed, the total payment will be charged to the card on file within 24 hours of service completion. 

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • Venmo (if you prefer this method, please text or email your username to us upon booking service).
